Adam Conant holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis and Linguistics from Dallas Theological Seminary and Dallas International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (Kinesiology) from Dallas Baptist University. Mr. Conant holds professional educator certifications including Principal as Instructional Leader (EC-12), PASL, EC-6 Bilingual Educator., Gomez and Gomez Dual Language teacher, and Google Educator Level 1.
Mr. Conant previously served as a missionary in Mexico working to establish an orphanage and work with the poor communities primarily in the state of Jalisco, MX. He also previously spent many years as a teacher in the Duncanville Independent School District where he served as an exemplary rated elementary bilingual educator and held the highest distinction of serving as 2020 District Teacher of the Year before moving into administration. He is currently serving as the Assistant Principal for the Illinois Elementary campus located in Oak Cliff and utilizes his wealth of experience to positively impact teachers, families, and students. Tashica Miller holds a Master of Education in Education Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership. Ms. Miller holds professional educator certifications include Principal (EC-12), Texas Generalist (EC-4), and an English as a Second Language Supplemental.
Ms. Miller is currently in her first year as Assistant Principal at Golden Rule Charter Schools at the Illinois Campus in Dallas. She focuses on establishing a safe and student-centered environment in order to meet the academic and social-emotional needs of all students.
