Dania F. Gomez-Alvarez holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelors of Science in Public Health (Epidemiology) from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mrs. Gomez-Alvarez holds professional educator certifications including Principal as Instructional Leader (EC-12), PASL, classroom teacher EC-6, and Bilingual Education Supplemental-Spanish.
Mrs. Gomez-Alvarez served in the educational field in Mission, Texas (South Texas) before moving to Dallas, TX in 2020. Mrs. Gomez-Alvarez is currently in her second year as Principal at Golden Rule Charter Schools at the Illinois Campus in Oakcliff. She focuses on achieving academic success for every student, every day! Mrs. Gomez-Alvarez collaboratively supports teachers in delivering rigorous, Tier 1 instruction, fully engaging students, and demonstrating mastery of content. Additionally, Mrs. Gomez-Alvarez values the importance of parent and community relationships and strives to cultivate a partnership between the school and all stakeholders!
